Yesterday, The two guys working behind the counter decided to personally hand me a cold pizza while looking me in the eye, with cold toppings, apparentaly on purpose because the cheese and pepperoni and mushrooms were all below room temperatures. Unless this is a take and bake shop that was a blatant uncaring of a customer service and a slap in the face. I'll be speaking to the manager, if they even care..

Good local pizza. The one in Elm Grove and Wheeling is better.

I'd give 5 stars but seeing how you make your employees work in extreme heat without an air conditioner is beyond me. My son and nephew couldn't even.stand I side to wait on our food because it was EXTREMELY HOT in there. Maybe treat tour employees like humans and get them.some cold air so their sweat isn't dripping into everyone's pizza. 🙄

Love this place but used to be you could walk in and get squares right away. Told me 30 minute wait this visit. Didn't have enough time to wait.

This small hometown pizza place has been a local favorite for as long as I can remember. The pizza is made fresh when you order! One of my all time favorite pizza spots anytime that I am home for a visit!! Keep it local!

Great place that is legendary in the Ohio Valley. They sell pizza by the slice or whole pizza. It's quick and consistently good quality food. However, it's worth noting that this DiCarlos location makes their pizza slightly different than other locations.

Pizza was ok. It's just not as good as it was 40 years ago. Price has gone up considerably. They need to get crust back as it was. Probably due to how it's cooked. Joe used old style brick oven. But it's a family tradition so we eat pizza. Lol

Change the hours of operation. So ppl know when you are open.

Haven't tried DiCarlos in years, but tonight we picked up a tray. We heard it wasn't that great in the past few years, but tonight It was AMAZING!!! They were very busy, but the people working tonight were very polite and the guy with glasses who baked the pizza nailed it perfectly. Taste JUST like we remember in the old days. Definitely will be back very soon for more.

It's good not great

A pizza that is baked completely and then the cold cheese is added. Don't knock it till you try it. Very good.

If you're looking for authentic Di Carlos Pizza, this is the place to go. The pizza is always amazing and a must try if you haven't had it before. I would recommend getting some crushed red pepper on it to spice it up a bit if that's your kind of thing. The staff is always super friendly and courteous. The store is always well kept and clean. I haven't had a single bad experience at this location.

Called at 8:30 and the said they were closed ridiculous hours say open until 10:00! I will never order here again food stinks at glendale location anyway stick to wheeling or elm grove!

It's been a while, but this place has stuck with me as the WORST pizza I have ever had.. Went to visit a friends family and he said this was the place to go.. Well after 1 slice each we threw it back into the box and went to find some real food! It tasted like Playdough, with cheap Ketchup and Government Cheese.. My friend admitted after, that they were always drunk when they ate there. Save your self, buy cheap frozen Pizza and deal with the disappointment.

This place was recommended by a passenger of mine so I grabbed a couple slices. Crust is cooked; toppings are raw. The guy at the counter could tell I was from out of town with my Steelers gear- but took time to explain it to me and brought it out when it was done. Most pizza joints yell your order from behind the counter! Good taste, good service, good price.

I've never had any pizza like this. Not another knockoff, wannabe, generic pizza like you get anywhere else. It's different in a good way. Try it out.

Service and pizza has went down hill. I drove 7 hours to get a tray and it was horrible. They must have changed the recipe . Please go back to the original. No one answered the phone. Had to wait 45. And only 2 orders was in.

We heard that this was a popular place in the Wheeling area and that they made their pizza with a unique twist so we decided to give it a try. Well, bad concept! They cook the pizza crust with sauce and then throw cold cheese on top of it. Ewww! Also the sauce had no flavor and the cheese and pepperoni were of very poor quality.

Love the crust crunch and fresh mozzarella and all the uncooked toppings. Delicious

Have stopped here before and loved it. Crispy crust, mild sauce, something a little different. Went for a few slices the other day and the crust with sauce on it was heated up in the oven. Then the cheese and pepperoni were put on after it was cooked??? Never in my life have had a pizza with cold cheese uncooked. Asked them to cook it with the cheese on it and it was delicious. No pizza ever should have cold toppings uncooked.

The taste of home. Always get some when I'm in town

If you are from the area then you already know how Good this pizza is! When I come in town DiCarlos is a must!!! Can't leave town w/out it! 😁❤😁❤😁❤ The service has always been Good. Nothing to complain about here. If you want the Best piece of thin crust pizza in the World then STOP here! 😍😍😍 you may as well buy the 3 piece combo because just one slice won't do it!

We ordered six pieces of pizza, waited forty five minutes, and received zero pieces of pizza.

Long wait with only one other person in there, Expensive for what you get. Pizza was mediocre. Had studio wrestling blaring on the TV. Only one other car in the parking lot should have been a sign.I remember when you had to stand in line just to get through the door.

MY FAVORITE PIZZA. The pepperoni rolls are excellent. I go to the one on Route 2. Glen Dale/MOUNDSVILLE DI Carlos Pizza. Great and Courteous service. I call ahead and it is ready and warm when I arrive.
